We are working on developing additional video tutorials covering many of the most important features of our coding tools, billing tools, E&M Audit Tools and Office Forms & Letters.

Submitting your support questions through the online support form is the best way to ensure that your requests are properly tracked and answered by the HST technical support team. Both free-trial users and licensed customers can use the online form to submit support requests. The support submission form is available from the "My Account" page within your free trial or subscription account.

If you are unable to find answers to your technical issues using the above options, please feel free to call or email us during our normal business hours. We are happy to help guide you through using the product or answering your technical questions about how to best use DocOfficeRx.

NOTE: We do not provide answers to specific medical coding or billing questions. The HST technical support team is happy to answer questions about *how* to use the product, but is not able to provide support on how to perform medical coding.
