We reserve the right to deny a subscription request for anyone not deemed by HCSS, Inc. as an appropriate user of this site.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancellation is requested prior to the renewal anniversary date. User will have continued access to DocOfficeRx.com from the date of cancellation notification until the anniversary renewal date. There will be no refund of unused portions. Payment for subscriptions may be made on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. DocOfficeRx.com does not issue refunds.

Subscription Payment Policy for members registered prior to August 1, 2005 will remain unchanged and continue under the same terms of the original “Acceptance Agreement”.

We include large amounts of information on DocOfficeRx.com. This includes articles, references, and coding tools. Please remember that all of the information on DocOfficeRx.com is meant for physicians, coding professionals and/or allied health care professionals. It is not meant to serve as a substitute for your own clinical judgment as a healthcare professional. You agree to indemnify us against all claims, demands, actions, expenses, losses, damages and costs (including but not limited to reasonable legal costs and disbursements) arising from or incurred as a result of breach of these prohibited uses and for breach of our copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.

5. Registration and Password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your internet user name and password to access DocOfficeRx.com™. You are responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. Should you detect any un-authorized usage of your user name and password, you are to immediately notify HCSS, Inc.

6. Third Parties. Your dealings or communications through the Site with any party other than HCSS, Inc. are solely between you and that third party. Under no circumstances will HCSS, Inc. be responsible for any goods, services, resources or content available through such third party dealings or communications, services or any harm related thereto. Please review carefully that third party’s policies and practices and make sure that you are comfortable with them before you engage in any transaction.

7. Termination. This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or HCSS, Inc.. You may terminate this Agreement at any time according to the terms and conditions of the “Subscription Payment Policy” previously outlined in this document. HCSS, Inc. may also terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to this Site, if in Healthcare Support Service’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law. Any claim relating to, and the use of, this Site and the materials contained herein is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania Courts. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waive of nay term of this Agreement shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

If you don't comply with these terms, we have the right to suspend or eliminate your account. We may also take any legal action we think is appropriate. If your violation of this agreement causes harm to others, you agree to hold HCSS, Inc. harmless against any liability for that harm.
