Healthcare Support Services (HCSS, Inc.) has been providing Medical Billing and Practice Management Services since 1993. DocOfficeRx was initially developed by Healthcare Support Services as an internal tool for increasing the productivity and efficiency of our medical billing staff members.

The goal was to provide our staff with a tool that delivered an accurate and standardized way to perform daily billing functions. With this new tool, the billing staff was able to focus more of their time on the all-important task of unpaid insurance claim follow-up.

Healthcare Support Services experienced drastic productivity improvements through DocOfficeRx and, along with the increasing insurance requirements and practice expenses, recognized that other providers could take advantage of the product and realize these same benefits.

Our goal was to bundle these much needed resources into one economical, convenient and easy to use product. We believe we've accomplished just that, and today, practices nationwide are experiencing the power and value of DocOfficeRx.
